can I proceed with divorce

My husband is in prison...I sent him the uncontested divorce papers....now he is refusing to sign the waiver of citation that came with it. Can I proceed with divorce even though he won't sign and send it back to me to file..

You need to have the Original Petition for Divorce served to him in prison.

If you can't figure out how to do it, please hire an attorney to help.

It's not that hard but it must be done properly.
