Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i am in the process of a divorce which will be held next week but want to visit an tdjc inmate but must be a common law agreement does it affect anything in my situation?

You can't have a common-law marriage to anyone until your divorce is finalized. Even after it is finalized, it's not clear from your posting that you can justify a common law marriage with an inmate without fabricating some information on the acknowledgement form.
