Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

hi,

im in the process of starting a divorce. i want to start the legal papers but i am not sure of the process. we only been married 6 months and live here in tx. i am moving back to chicago il and i do have a daughter but she is not his nor has he addopted her. how would this work with me moving back to IL.
