how to use proper terms in writing a motion to sue

How to I go about using the proper wording to file a motion requesting a trial . I intend to file a suit in Tx ag. CPS. I am not sure when I get done to file it in family court or district court.

It took me 9 years of university & post-graduate education plus 5-7 years of experience to do that. I don't know how to condense that.

You need an attorney. You many not even be able to sue the Texas Department of Families and Protective Servies as they are statutorily immune from most types of litigation. You have a long way to go before you should entertain any thought of drafting a law suit. Properly drafted petitions are finely crafted documents which even attorneys find themselves refiling with amendments and corrections. Remember you are going to be opposed by experienced attorneys who are unforgiving of procedural and other mistakes. In addition, this type of litiagtion is expensive. Be prepared to match bank accounts with the State of Texas. Good luck.
