Property acquired before marriage

If I acquired my home before marriage but when I refinance my home its under both or our name only through the bank but not the deed will my husband still be entitiled to half my property?

His name on the loan does not give him ownership rights; only his name on the deed does that. However, if community funds are used to pay the loan(s) on your separate property he might have a "money" claim if you should divorce. There are some things you can do to protect your property. You should talk with a good family law attorney before you sign that loan.
