bought a home with my boyfriend we now want to split up and he wants to keep the home and so do i/ What are our options at this time?

If you two can't agree, then your only real answer is to file for a suit to partition. I suggest that you each bid for the house. The highest bidder keeps the house. Lets see who really wants it.
