Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

We went to court for temporary orders in sept. He was awarded temporary use of the vehicle so he could look for a job which his lawyer said i would recieve after he got a job since then he has purchased a new car and traded in the car he was supposed to give me and i dont have a lawyer. Also he got our 37 inch tv and he hasnt picked it up and its been more than two months already what should i do w/ it

His lawyer's job is protect and engender his client's best interest. Not yours. You absolutely need to get legal representation in this case. There are ways to get a lawyer through organizations or referrals or payment plans. If not, then you need file a motion to enforce, to get your car back and/or the money equivalent. Are you anxious for him to take the TV? Then ask the court to give him a deadline to pick it up. TCL
