Property from Divorce Held Separate if Marry

Is the property settlement from a past divorce automatically considered 'held separate' property if I marry again? Or is property from my settlement community property?

Separate propery. However if you received a stream of income such as interest on a note from your Ex to you, and married, the interest income would be community property.
