Property that was mine before marriage

I need to know what I can do about my husband (soon to be ex) - he is threatening to take my car...it was mine before we got married. I want to make sure that it is not considered ''community property''. Also, he is threatening and harrasing me at home and at work. What can I do? The divorce is already filed - I was told to file a protevtive order, but then was told I can't because I've already filed the divorce paperwork.

You have 2 options:

Get a T.R.O. and later temporary orders or

Get a protective order
