Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I rented a garage for my son and his wife, and they were to pay me for it. They never did. His wife came the other day and said she needed to get an insurance paper out of it. She took everything out of the garage. They are separated and she even took his things. Is there anything I can do since she has not paid me anything for the garage storage.

It sounds as if they have money problems. If you sue your son and his wife for their rent, how are you going to collect it? You will be spending money to sue them for a judgement that is probably uncollectible. It may be better to chalk this one up to 'lessons learned'.
