Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Property, retirement, divorce and children

I have been married (common law recognition at courthouse) for 1 year. I have owned our home for over 10 years, she has lived with me for almost 5 (1yr as wife). I refinanced 2 months after our marriage. I have a 401k account and a small amount of savings. I own outright 2 of 3 vehicles of the household (purchased prior to her living with me), but have one vehicle with 25k in debt (purchased just after our marriage, but debt in my name only). We have furnishings and other property we both brought into the relationship. We have purchased very few items since our marriage, but I have bought quite allot during the time together. What part of the household property is community? Do we both keep what was ours prior to the marriage date? What portion of the 401k and savings would she have claim to? Would that also be adjusted for market flux during the time? What claim to the household? I would pursue child custody, but am afraid that the costs outweigh the likelihood of obtaining custody, and I do not want a court battle trying to prove who the worst parent is. But what are TX laws/guidelines about child residence and visitation? Who pays for relocation? How is the debt on the vehicle handled? That is our only debt except for the house
