property rights

My spouse and I are divorced and I currently live in our house. He doesn't live there but both our names are on the deed. Does he have rights to not allow me to have guests in this house?

Your divorce should have addressed the issue of the deed and ownership of the house. If it didn't you may have a serious problem. Feel free to call the office and set a consultation. Without reviewing the decree there is no way to say any more.
