Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am trying to get a Pro-Se divorce. The county court house gave me the documents for free & asked to get them notarized & bring them back (no attorney necessary). Can i tell the notary what to put and he can fill in the blanks for me since he is already doing the notary part?
