Is the protective order only in your name, or also in the name of your daughter? If the protective order does not extend to your daughter, you have to give him visitation. You will probably need to go back to court for a clarifying order to establish how that is to be accomplished in light of the protective order. (unless you have a viable alternative, ie pick up at grandma's house, etc).
