Protective order

My friend's ex-girlfriend filed a false protective order to prevent him from getting joint custody of their infant daughter. He can not afford counsel to represent him. What are the steps he needs to take?

If it's in criminal court, he definately needs an attorney.

If in family court, I still think he needs an attorney.

Check the greensheet. There are attorneys that don't charge a fortune!
