Protective Order

My sister has a protective order due to an arguement with her soon to be ex husband now he is not letting my mom and I see the kids and he states the kids dont want anything to do with us or their mom which we believe is not true , they have never been close to their father and we have spoke to the childrena nad when we ask them if we can see them they cry and their father hangs the phone up what are our rights and what can be done if the children are with him by force?

As an aunt you have no particular rights. The grandparents could assert their rights through the mother. What is needed is a Suit Affecting the Parent Child Relationship maybe with a TRO preventing him from interfering with visitation rights of the mother.
