Protective orders
What happens if you have a protective order on someone and you still invite them over and the act out again and you press charges on them will you be charged as well?

You were ordered not to be near the person.
Therefore, you both violated the terms of the protective order.
I have no idea what the judge would do in your set of circumstances.
Talk to an attorney in your county that handles a lot of protective orders.
