Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

How to prove parental alienation, I know it usually is the women doing it against men. In this case I am a women with two girls 15 and 9. My husband started seeing a therapist 4 months before we separated then he has my 15 year old seeing her, "brainwash does not even describe how bad it is....I have chosen not to talk about the case or my husband with my fifteen year old daughter and her therapist. Other than an attorney is there any way of getting help?

You're going to need to hire an attorney AND a psychological professional who can talk to the children and be willing to testify that your ex has engaged in "parental alienation."

Some professionals believe that "parental alienation syndrome" is just a buzzword. Some judges think the same way.

Often children (even "good kids") will play the parents against each other. It's almost irresistible when the child becomes the center of attention for the first time in his life.
