Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Providing insurance covering ''basic health care services''

My husband has been ordered to provide health insurance ''that covers basic health care services, including usual physical services, office visits, hospitalization, laboratory, x-ray, and emergency services''; and to pay 50% of all unreimbursed health care expenses. (Which he always has.) Does basic health care services mean that he also ''legally responsible'' for providing dental and/or vision insurance for braces and glasses/contacts and then have to pay 50% of those bills also?

Re: Providing insurance covering ''basic health care services''

Typically that is not required. It depends what was discussed at trial or the understanding of the spouses but if it's standard, then that is not normally included.
