Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

proving legal guardianship

I'm a 17 year old international student and i live with my 30 year old brother.i am taking driver's ed but in order to apply for a permit my psrents who r not in houston but back in egypt have to sign the documents or my legal guardian who i believe is my brother but i have no idea how to prove this plz help me out as soon as possible

What documents does your brother have? Can't you send the documents to your parents by overnight mail? It might take a week, but then you will be driving for many years. :)
