Public Laws 100 - 271, 100 - 456

I am seeking information regarding the public laws listed above. I am an ex- spouse of a military man; it is almost impossible to obtain information from the retirement services people as they are rude and uninterested.

I don't have these laws, and I don't know what kind of information you require; but if you are having trouble with the feds (U.S. military), go to your local congressman's or senator's office. They will intercede on your behalf or provide you with further information to assist your search.
