Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

the public records have me as being married and divorced to my ex father in law and the archive records have my ex husbands age the year we were married and then the date of our divorce is all wrong. my ex husband was a jr. but it wasnt on the divorce papers and the lawers signed the papers. am i still married to this man.

When you say "the public records" are you referring to the Bureau of Vital Statistics?
