I purchased my home 7 years before I married my husband. He moved in with me. We live in Texas and have been married 9 years, no children. Now, we are separating and I want to sell my home and move into an apartment or a townhome. Will I have to share the money with him? For all 16 years, I have been the one to pay the morgage, taxes, and insurance. He only paid the utilities.
