Can I put it into the child custody decree that i don't want my ex's one night stands around my son?

Yes. It's called a "morals clause." It reads something like this:
"It is further ordered that neither parent shall allow any unrelated overnight guests during any time that the parent is an actual possession of the child. 'Overnight' means between the hours of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM."
