Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I was honored a judgement when I got divorce 2 years ago and had an attorney that did not care to presue my Ex husband 401k plan that I was judge. He has not help me collect and I can sure use it now. I am out of a job. Working 15 yrs for a company that closed there Houston location. Can you tell what I can do.
