qualified domestic relations order

If a judge orders a QDRO to be drawn and the lawyer will not do it, what can I do? My ex husband and his lawyer have stalled this since October 2003. Please help

There are companies that specialize in drafting QDRO's.

I guess you could hire one of them to create the QDRO.
