Question about consent laws?? I think?

Here's the thing I'm 18 and my girlfriend is 17. Her dad has made multiple threats towards me verbal and physical. He stated that if I pick up hs daughter again from work to bring her home that he'll call the cops and state that since he told me not to pick her up that I have to do so because his daughter is not 18. The question I have is if I pick her up can he do anything legally about it since she is 17 and I am 18?

She is a minor. She cannot make decisions for herself until she's 18.
