Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Question regarding divorcee decree

I am father of 9yr boy, and have custody. My decree states:''It is also the agreement of the parties and so ordered that so long as 'she' is without the means of transportation to be able to pick up the child from 'me' and deliver the child to 'me' that 'I' will transport the child to and from the residence of 'her' during her standard periods of possession of the child.'' My exwife now has an automobile, drivers license, and full time job(none of which when divorce was final). Because she now has 'means of transportation' am I still legally required to provide the transportation?

Re: Question regarding divorcee decree

Sounds that way to me, but you should have an attorney read the entire order to be sure. Also, assuming you are correct, who drives which way, and where is dropoff/pickup to occur? There may be a "gap" in the order, so you may need a modification.
