Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My question is that my ex-husband is married again and he was married on 6/24/1995, however our divorce was not final until July 11,1995. is the marriage and or the divorce legal. this is in the state of Texas

No, it was not legal for him to get married. But it doesn't matter now. The June 1995 marriage is not void.

That was 16 years ago. Nobody is going to prosecute him for bigamy.

I assume that he didn't win the lottery between June 24, 1995 and July 11, 1995.
