Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i had a question about EXTENDED SUMMER POSSESSION for both the CUSTODIAL AND NON CUSTODIAL PARENT.

i (NON CUSTODIAL)chose not to provide the mother with a letter, therefore i am awarded the whole month of July. She chose the 1st weekend of July as her weekend visitation which is fine because it states in the order. but she also chose the following weekend after my summer possession is over which would land on my scheduled visit (1st weekend of the month) is she granted that as an extended summer possession, or she doesnt even get awarded one..

if i would of chose for example (2 weeks in june, 2 in august) would i still get my regular 1st, 3rd and 5th weekends when i do not have my child? and does that count as EXTENDED SUMMER POSSESSION?

thank you.

Under the Standard Possession Order, she actually gets two "take back" weekends. One during your extended summer possession and another on one of your 1,3,5th weekends. Your summer possession is separate from your regular weekend possession. She can choose to exercise a weekend during your summer possession or not. But she can still get one of your regular weekends if she wants to. That lets her have the mythical two week vacation.
