Question about the Home

My wife and I refinanced our home before seperation and divorce started. We agreed she could keep the house but would either refinance when the 6 months was up to get in her name only. If she could nopt refinance the she would sell home. Now that we are actually seperated and we will start the divorce soon. She says she does not want to sell the house. what are my/our options.

an unwritten agreement is not worth the paper it is printed on.

Get a good lawyer for the divorce and listen to him or her.
