Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my question is, my ex left me and our children. after a few month i need him to take our children

to live with him. with the understanding i would be able to visit and call and pick up our children whenever i could. and they would live with him or me. if he could take care of them anymore he was to bring our children to live with me. he was living with his parents at the time. then he moved out and left our children there. that was not part of our aragement. after he moved out of is parents house. his parents started to refuse me my rights. i told his parents i want my children to come live with me. now that there father has moved out. his parents told me if i try to get my children from them. that they will call the cops on me. there is no custody order and t have never signed away my rights. can his parents stop me from getting my children.

Go to a lawyer and ask him to file an application for a writ of habeas corpus NOW. The grandparents don't have the right to keep your children from you (unless there has been a court order granting them some kind of access or custody).
