question on parental rights

i need to know if there is away for me to waive my parental rights, to two children from a previous marriage.

If you mean terminate your parental rights, it is rare that a court will terminate your rights, duties and obligations unless there is another person willing to fill your shoes - such as a step-parent adoption. No court wants to bastarize a child.

If you want to end all visitation, you can file a modification.

If you want to end child support, I doubt that a court will let you. It is the policy of the State of Texas for both parents to support their children. For example, most Harris County courts will order a man in prison for many years to be ordered to pay child support based on current minimum wage within 60-90 days of their release from prison.
