Question about my pending divorce

My wife and I are divorcing after 13 years. We have a daughter together. My wife seems to think that she can keep me from seeing my daughter because I now have a girlfriend. I don't plan on letting my daughter be around my girlfriend for quite a while. So can my wife make it a stipulation in court that I can't see my daughter as long as I am living with her? Any information would be appreciated.

That doesn't sound reasonable but you should get an attorney; she most likely already has been working with one.
