Re: Question about the social study

If you don't have an attorney, you definately need one.

I would not rely on the advice from a free legal website. There may be facts that are not included.

The social worker will come out to the house and observe the home and how it looks. Is there food in the house? Is the house safe for a small child?

How do you interact with the child, etc.?

Since the child is so small, obviously the child cannot talk for himself/herself.

You probably need to have a list of people that have observed your interaction with the child on a regular basis -- include their name, address, phone number and email address & what they can testify to in your case.
