Question about Summer Visitation and Medications

My exs summer visit is coming up and he has not been following the decree by reimb. 50% of meds. I am sending the prescriptions for him to fill and he saying that what i am doing is illegal. Can I do this because he has not paid for the medications. I think once he buys them he will see hohard it is on me without his help. Please advise.

Certainly your X can pay for meds. Nothing illegal about that. If you want the 50%, you will probably have to file a motion to enforce.
