Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have a question about my summer visitation

Here's what our papers say exactly (except I left our names out)...

Summer weekend possession by my ex- If my ex gives me written notice by April 15 of a year, my ex shall have possession of the child on any one weekend beginning at 6pm on Friday and ending at 6pm on the following Sunday during any one period of the extended summer possession by me in that year, provided that my ex picks up the child from me and returns the child to that same place and that the weekend so designated does not interfere with fathers day weekend.

I get my daughter for summer visitation from July 1 through July 31. Does this mean that my ex can get the child on any weekend that she designates during my July possession, or does it mean that my ex can designate a weekend only if I have an ''extended'' summer possession? Thank you Travis

Re: I have a question about my summer visitation

I'm really tired but I think it means. She gets to see the kid one week-end of your monthly July visit. However, if you are in Alaska, she must pick the kid up from Alaska and return the kid to you in Alaska.
