Question about Thursday visitation and weekend visitation

Does the custodial parent have to give the non - custodial parent visitation on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 and also if the custodial parent does not give the non custodial parent the child for the 1st, 3rd, and 5th weekend is she in violation?
