Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Two questions.

First, what is the minimum, legal age in Texas for a 'child' to move out of their parent's house without getting involved with legal issues, getting added into the system as a runaway, or going through the process of emancipation?

Second, in Texas, what is he minimum, legal age of sexual consent? I'm almost one-hundred percent sure it's 17, but almost. For example, persay, a 17 year old girl had intercourse with a guy over three years her senior, would he get in trouble for it?
