Quick, Easy Inexpensive divorce

Is there an attorney in Texas who can/will handle a divorce of a civilian govenrment employee, assigned in Germany whose estranged spouse lives in Dayton, Ohio. Facts: Physically seperated since June 1995, spouse has custody of two minor children (ages 13 & 15). Also, how long will it take from filing to final decree and approximately how much (retainer and total fees).

In order to receive a divorce in Texas, one of the parties must live in Texas for the preceding six-months and must seek the divorce in the county he or she has lived in for at least 90 days. Since you are living in Germany, it may be easier if your spouse in Ohio filed for divorce.
