Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Just a quick family law question. My fianc ex wife is refusing to let us see the kids and she is going against the court ordered visitation arrangement that was in their divorce decree. She recently found out about our engagement and that we celebrated on a cruise and since then she has refused any communication with them. In their decree it states that he could have overnight visitations once he had an established residence and that she was able to inspect it . We were living in the same city as her at the time and gave her every opportunity to inspect our home. She declined and we have had overnight visitation for the last 9 months. Two months ago we moved to a new city and gave her the option as well but she declined we have had the children stay with us in out new residence for two weeks over the holidays. Because she is upset and bitter she now states that we are not allowed overnight visitation because she hasn't inspected our house. Over the past month she has threatened both of us as well as my family members and I have had to make a police report against her. My question is: is she allowed to at this point request to inspect our home now after she's already allowed overnight visitation in both cities? I normally wouldn't have an issue with the request but to be honest the last thing I want is for her to be anywhere near my home considering the circumstances. What can I do at this point

File a motion for enforcement of the order and, in the alternative, include a motion for modification if the Court finds the order unenforceable because it's too vague. You need to get her attention; serving her with process will take care of that. She needs to have her chain jerked.
