Qustion on seperations

1. If i leave the house will I be at fault for divoce?

What does it imply if I move out first?2. Can I legaly take my child out of this state or couny?

You need to consult with an attorney imediately.

You need to find a family law (divorce) attorney in your county.

If your life is in danger, I recommend doing whatever is necessary to protect yourself and your child.

If there is no divorce filed, you can take your child whereever you want.

However, the father can file for divorce and ask the court to order the child back to Texas.

If you move out of the county, you need to live in the same county for 90 days in order to file for divorce in the new county.

If you move out of state, then you need to live in the new state however long their law states you need to live there to file for divorce.

For example, in Texas you must live in the State of Texas for 6 months and in the same county for 90 days in order to file for divorce.
