Raising Child Support

My boyfriend has been divorced for 4 years. He recently went to the Attorney General to see if his child support warranted getting raised. They stated it did not. His ex-wife took him back to court and a judge raised it by $60.00.

My question is......how often can she do this? Will he be in court fighting this battle every 6 months?

If there is a substancial increase in his income then she will be entitiled to an increase.
