I think you are asking whether it is legally possible to commit rape against a spouse, or whether consent to marriage is consent to all sexual acts.

To respond, first I would say you should always be polite and considerate irrespective of the law, especially when you close your eyes and go to sleep next to someone who might still be awake.

Think about it.
