ready to start over..again
I left my husband in Jan. 99. Im ready to get divorced and start my life over again. My question is, when i get my divorce and have custody of my two children can i move out of state with them? Can my husband stop me?

The answer to your question depends on so many things that it is not possible to give you a specific answer. Three of the things, for example, are: Why do you want to leave the state? How often does your spouse see the kids since you separated? What are the attitudes of the judge who will hear your case?

you are in. Some courts restrict the children to the
county of suit (or county and surrounding counties), but
other courts will allow the children to leave the state.
Your reason for wanting to leave and the relationship
between the father and children will also be important.
