Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

rebuttal from the husband

I am divorcing my husband. He has put in his rebuttal that neither he nor I can have guests that are not related or of the opposite sex in our homes between the hours of 8pm and 8am. If I agree to those terms, how long do I have to abide by them?

I assume that you have an attorney. If you don't you definately need one.

I have no idea what a "rebuttal" is. I assume that you mean "answer".
