Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

We receintly became aware of my stepchild posting pictures of our minor children on the internet. Her father and I have both asked for them to be removed. She takes them down for several days, and they are back up. We have spoken with her mother and step-father on the issue and they will not help us. We did not give her permission to take the pictures (she did it when I was on the phone w/ a business matter, and my husband was at work). How can I get these pictures removed?? I contacted one website and they removed it, but the others will not. For those of you wondering, our children are 4 & 6, and my stepchild is 14, so she is also a minor. Thank You.

You have a legitimate concern. Your husband may need to modify the current orders to force the mother to be responsible. There is no assurance that the court will do that, but it is more likely to if the pictures exploit your children in some way or compromise their safety or privacy.
