never receive cert. mail state comm/property court date

i never rec. the cert. letter stating the final court date for the judgement againt our community property judgment and the court granted my place of business & everything to my spouse. how can appearal this judgement due to the fact i was never notify and now my spouse is trying to sale my business to his church

You have 30 days after the Judge signed the Final Decree of Divorce to ask for a new trial.
