Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have received a motion for enforcement of supplemental agreed temporary orders. This is regarding credit card debt.No children, no property. We have been married since 11/2006. Divorce was filed in 8/2008 and first mediation was 9/2008. I signed an agreement that I would pay my potion of the credit card debt and have been unable to pay. They are requesting jail time for contempt of court. Is this something that I can be jailed for?
