Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I received an order for custody and support 6 years ago and non custodial parent just began paying! Children are now 19, 17 and 15. The two oldest are now living with non custodial parent (6 months now) and non custodial parent want to reverse the order. Will I have to begin paying child support? Neither of the two oldest is attending school and the oldest is pregnant. Non custodial parent does not have childrens best interest at heart. What do I do?

You probably will NOT have to start paying child support.
When you get served with his motion for modification, be sure to hire a lawyer and counter-file asking for a judgment for the unpaid child support (the child support that HE was supposed to pay YOU).
The math can get complicated, but the courts know how to handle this kind of situation.
